Before you call

Four things. With these we can usually quote on the same call.

  1. 01What the fabric or yarn is — fibre, construction and weight
  2. 02The shade you want, as a swatch, a Pantone number or an old piece to match
  3. 03How much: kilos, metres or pieces
  4. 04When you need it, and whether the date is firm
